Permit me to give you this words of wisdom. It will also be a great blessing to you. Please read and meditate on it.
1. ON EARNING:
Never depend on single income. Make inves tment to create a second chance.
2. ON SPENDING:
If you buy things you do not need, soon you will have to sell things you need.
3. ON SAVINGS:
Do not save what is left after spending, but spend what is left after saving.
4. ON TAKING RISK:
Never test the depth of a river with both feet.
5. ON INVESTMENT:
Do not put all eggs in one basket.
6. ON EXPECTATIONS:
Honesty is a very expensive gift. Do not expect it from cheap people.
7. IF YOU are depressed, you are living in the past. If you are anxious, you are living in the future. If you are at peace, you are living in the present. Past is a waste paper. Present is a newspaper and future is a question paper.
8. WHEN bad things happen in your life you have three choices. You can either let it define you, let it destroy you or you can let it strengthen you.
9. EMPTY pockets teach you a million things in life but full pockets spoil you in a million ways.
10. OUR EYES are in the front because it is more important to look ahead than to look back.
11. WE USED a pencil when we were small but now we use pens... do you know why? Because mistakes in childhood can be erased but not now.
So read and write carefully otherwise life will be a tissue paper. Hope you are blessed.
SUCCESS IS IN YOU

A real and deep pain... beyond the limits of Africa
Africa has
been the sick man of the world for decades. While the rest of the world
has moved on to greater things, our continent remains notorious for
poverty, conflicts, rudderless governments and corruption. Africa’s
abundance of natural, human and mineral wealth has become the bane and
curse of its progress, rather than a catalyst.
From our
deserts and deltas flow endless streams of high-grade petroleum and our
earth constantly belches some of the world’s finest minerals. Our lands
are fertile and our forests are lush. Our people are young, hardworking
and many millions strong. But Africa is lost, lost behind the rest of
the world.
Africa’s
leaders have failed it and continue to sabotage its glowing destiny.
Greed, selfishness and arrogance have turned us against one another. Our
dysfunctional military juntas and democracies have continued to rob the
people blind. There is more than enough wealth to go around in Africa
but the 'significant' few have cornered the commonwealth for themselves
and their generations unborn.

10 reasons why you will never be wealthy
There’s an interesting maxim about how long wealth actually stays with a person and their descendants. The saying is three generations, tops: one to make it, one to spend it, and the third to blow it. Of course, there are exceptions to this rule, but have you ever sat down and seriously thought about wealth and what it means to you? Or do you figure, “What the heck, I’ve always been broke, my forefathers were broke; it’s generational” – it’s just a rite of passage of sorts. If you feel that wealth is out of your reach, you aren’t alone. According to some experts, there are millions of ‘clueless potential millionaires’ who could be at the top of the wealth ladder if they only reined in a few bad habits. However, you may be a skeptic, and rightly so. Being wealthy means different things to different people. But according to the experts, there are financial mistakes many people make that keep them away from their possible wealth.
What is Wealth Anyway?
Most people do not equate wealth with a mansion or a big yacht. In fact, a scanty 7% of people surveyed associate wealth with material possessions like cars, houses and boats. Rather, to many, being rich means having just enough to not worry about the next payday – that’s according to 33% of those questioned. An additional 26% define being wealthy, or rich, as having more than enough money to quit their jobs. Still, few people place an actual dollar amount on what it means to be wealthy. Only 17% felt that being rich means having at least $1 million or more, and 11% stated a six-figure yearly income would make them feel rich. Yet most people who are rich don’t even consider themselves rich. Maybe it’s because being ‘rich’ or ‘wealthy’ has very little to do with material possessions, and more to do with how people feel about themselves. Nonetheless, according to financial experts you will never be rich if you are bogged down by anything on the following list:
Ten Reasons Why Someone Will Never Be Rich
1. Overspending
If you have a ferocious appetite for spending beyond your means, you’re not alone. According to a survey, of the 52% of people who habitually overspend, many balance the shortfall by taking from their savings, and 22% rely on credit cards. Blowing all your money each month is not a realistic pathway to wealth. Start tracking where your money goes each month, check where you can cut back, and create a ‘realistic’ budget that allows you to pay your bills and invest in a retirement account or an emergency fund.
2. Not Saving Enough
Welcome to the club! The personal savings percentage in the US is a measly 4.9% of disposable income. Saving should become a priority if you want to accumulate wealth. Start with an emergency fund. Once your emergency fund is substantial, you can redirect small amounts toward other goals like purchasing a home or paying for college.
3. You Have Too Much Debt
Certain debts are a precursor to financial success, like purchasing real estate or starting a business; however, a high-interest credit card balance is not. Pay off credit cards with the highest rates first.
4. You Don’t Have a Plan
Without a definite, clearly defined plan, becoming rich will seem like an unbelievable dream. This alone will solidify your excuses for overspending and not saving. As the saying goes, “Those who fail to plan, plan to fail.” Putting together a financial plan may seem tedious, but it doesn’t have to be, and you can get used to it.
5. You Don’t Have an Emergency Fund
Experts say you need at least six months of income saved in case of an emergency. Life is tricky, and not having some type of safety net can turn a comfortable situation into a disaster.
6. You Started Late
Time is slipping by. Just like starting an exercise routine, the most difficult part about saving is getting started. Even if you have debt, a small income, or many expenses, you can save something, even if it’s only a small amount.
7. You Complain Rather Than Commit
“I don’t earn enough money”; “Life is too expensive”; “It’s hopeless, I’ll never get out of debt.” Have you uttered any of these statements before, or perhaps all of them? Old habits die hard; however, as long as you do nothing to change, nothing will change. Stop complaining and making excuses. Instead, take responsibility for your non-productive habits and concentrate on how to change them – and then do it!
8. You Live for Today, and Forget About Tomorrow
It’s no fun getting serious and thinking about retirement and all that stuff. Nonetheless, eventually it has to be done. The problem is that impulsive and unregulated spending leads to debt… period! Do yourself a big favor: Get rid of the ‘buy now, worry later’ attitude, and switch to a ‘save now, get rich later’ way of thinking.
9. Putting All Your Eggs in One Basket
You might get lucky by wagering all your money on one type of investment. Just like you might get lucky winning the lottery. But that’s not a strategy to live by, or for getting rich. Putting all your money in one place is not advised because it puts you at too much risk. Your investment portfolio should include multiple investments with varied levels of risk and ROI potential and liquidity.
10. You Just Don’t Get It!
You may be one of those people who believe that somehow something will come along and save you, so why bother with saving or trying to get out of debt? Maybe you will get lucky and land a fantastic job, receive a big pay raise, inherit money, hit the lottery, or whatever! But ‘whatever’ won’t cut it if you really want to become rich. Yes, life is uncertain. No one knows what will, or will not, actually happen; therefore, why not focus on what you can control today? Get it together now and save yourself, in case someone or something else won’t.
One thing you can be sure of: You are already rich. Think about it. If someone came to you and offered you a million dollars for your arm, would you give it up? Why not, you have two; you can surely spare one of them! Of course the answer would be no! Being rich is more than physical ownership; it’s a state of happiness and well-being, while wishing the same for others. So while you are working on getting rich materially, remember to be happy along the way!

WORK ACCORDING TO PURPOSE II: MONEY PURPOSE VERSUS PEOPLE PURPOSE BUSINESS
Good Morning TEZreaders, Hope you had a fantastic night rest?

money purpose business and people purpose business. Although, that is not the

WORK ACCORDING TO PURPOSE
Hello TEZreaders, how is the day coming? I got a remarkable
funny response from the ‘ADD’ write up I posted yesterday. Well, just as I expected,
a lot of people in Africa didn’t know such existed.
The good news is on this blog, we will change your story. You
are going to move from I had nothing to I have in abundance all with the power
of information.
I am continuing my discussion on Life with a purpose and today’s titled working according to purpose.

SHOCKING!!!! ALMOST EVERY NIGERIAN SUFFER FROM 'ADD'
Hello TEZreaders, on today’s issue of HEALTH AND YOU, we will
be discussing a disorder a lot of people mostly Africans are suffering from due
to lack of proper information.
There is a popular quote from the bible which says “My people
perish for Lack of Knowledge”. Many people have visited so many spiritual
homes, churches, pastors, alfas, Ori okes, etc looking for deliverance to what
they call either spiritual attacks or generational cause or the popular ‘aye’
is behind their issue not knowing they suffer a disorder.
Life can be a balancing act for any adult, but if you find
yourself constantly late, disorganized, forgetful, and overwhelmed by your
responsibilities, you may have ADD/ADHD. Attention deficit disorder affects many
adults, and its wide variety of frustrating symptoms can hinder everything from
your relationships to your career. Celebrate because there is good news, help
is available. Indeed Knowledge is Power and learning about ADD/ADHD is the
first step. Once you understand the challenges, you can learn to compensate for
areas of weakness and start taking advantage of your strengths.
ADD is Attention
Deficit Disorder or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and I will discuss extensively on it
today. Please take out time to identify which symptom you have. The interesting
thing is that most people suffering from ADD cannot patiently read this write –up.
Good luck in your finding
BOOK OF THE WEEK: THE ALCHEMIST by Paulo Coelho
As a
continuation of our search; identifying who you are and your purpose of
existence, we introduce our book of this week: THE ALCHEMIST.
“The Alchemist follows the
journey of an Andalusian shepherd boy named Santiago. Santiago, believing a recurring
dream to be prophetic, decides to travel to a Romani in a nearby town to discover
its meaning. A gypsy woman tells him that there is a treasure in the Pyramids
in Egypt.
Early into his
journey, he meets an old king, Melchizedek, who tells him to sell his sheep to
travel to Egypt and introduces the idea of a Personal Legend (which is always
capitalized in the book). Your Personal Legend "is what you have always
wanted to accomplish. Everyone, when they are young, knows what their Personal
Legend is". He adds that "when you want something, all the universe conspires in
helping you to achieve it". This is the core theme of the book” culled from Wikipedia
Get a copy of the
book for more story.
It is indeed an interesting life changing
book. I am going to read it this week for the fourth time.
Remember if you
want a change in your environment, you will have to be the change first.

GENIUS INTENTIONS by Tyrese Gibson
when I Stumbled on this write up tonight on Tyrese's facebook post, I felt it would be very wicked of me if i do not share this with my great TEZreaders.
Genius intentions....
Most geniuses I know of move in silence,
they don't stand at podiums and make loud self proclaimed announcements,
geniuses are "Result" oriented people who move in silence, the have accepted
the spirit of sacrifice, they are willing to go down in a basement and never
take a call or an invite to something cool because they are literally trying to
reach EVERY THOUGHT and every aspect of their vision to implement that very
vision to create a shift in the universe.... They are not concerned about being
cool, or with the IN crowd... They are motivated by producing
"results" you have thoughts, ideas , visions, dreams and BOLD
intentions but you like most may suffer from major validation issues!!! You
NEED someone there to ROOT you along in order for you to finish what you
started.... And if they don't you will stop! I can go on and on and on about
this topic.... Embrace your "weird" embrace your out of the box
thoughts and visions and know that MOST can't see WHAT you see... Cause most
can't see what doesn't exist... It's on YOU to bring that vision and idea to
life.... Rather big or small.... ( in most cases your friends and family will
be the first to try and talk you OUT of moving on those big ideas..)) Beware of
#Vision and #DreamKillers I love you and I appreciate you following me but I
want you to boldly step into the NEW YOU.. It's your season.... If you don't
like your life or career.... Change the people IN your life and around your
career..... Thank you Jesus for using me in this moment..... #Amen... Dream
beyond what you can afford and at some point the money will show up.... Most
multimillionaires and billionaires don't have great ideas like yours.... I love
you... I do... Goodnight..

WHO AM I!!!!!!!
On this
special Wednesday Morning, I sat just by the corner of my bed thinking how do I
present this on my blog? There are billion and one things to be said but all
cannot fit into one topic so I decided to go with Identifying yourself.
Every Man
was born with a purpose; no one was created a passerby in the life.
You need to
ask yourself the big question ‘who am I’?
what is my purpose on this earth?
Because of
the level of unavailability of almost everything in this part of the world, it
is somewhat discouraging for an individual to start thinking of purpose. Imagine going to meet a hungry man who has no
idea where his next meal is coming from and asking him; sir, please tell me
your purpose in this life? Lol, you know what exactly to expect from such man. Or
is it someone with a dying sister in the hospital who cannot afford to take her
abroad but she is condemn to death because of lack of expertise or equipment to treat such illness and you ask; May I know
your purpose Sir?
The harsh
situation of our environment is enough to destroy dreams and aspirations,
needless thinking of purposes and goal. Thank God for some spiritual homes who
still preach the message of Hope.
But have you
ever thought about the fact that it is in this unfriendly environment some people
strive and become something from nothing?
Some who had either a single parent without money or education or those who had
no parents or those who even have but are best described as orphans because of
parental negligence? People who had no one to give them love and guide them
through life in decision making? Yet they are among those we call the high and
mighty today.
How about
you search within yourself and ask could this also be me? Can I be this
successful despite the limitations around me?
Yes it can
be you and yes it is you. All you need to start with is identifying your purpose by asking yourself the big question; Who
am I now? Who do I want to be?
We will
continue in my next post. please do not forget to drop your comments.
